If you have a voucher that will save you shipping costs even for orders under 250€, you can enter it in the shopping cart and/or on the checkout page. The shipping vouchers are only valid within Germany and only for standard shipping. For express shipping, as well as foreign orders we are forced to charge due to higher shipping costs.

For standard shipping within Germany we charge a flat rate of 4,90 €. From an order value of 250€ the standard shipping will be free of charge for you. Express shipping is charged at any order value and costs 12,90€.

Shipping costs for AustriaShipping voucher

For standard shipping to Austria we charge a flat rate of 15,90€. Please note that this shipping flat rate is due for every order. The shipping vouchers or short-term product offers including free shipping are only valid within Germany.Express shipping to Austria costs 25€.

Shipping costs for SwitzerlandShipping voucher

For standard shipping to Switzerland we charge a flat shipping rate of 19,90€. Please note that this flat shipping fee is due for every order. The shipping vouchers or short-term product offers including free shipping are only valid within Germany.When shipping to Switzerland, the customer may be subject to additional customs duties, fees and/or import sales tax.Express shipping to Switzerland costs 25€.

Shipping costs for other countriesShipping voucher

For standard shipping to other countries a flat rate between 15,90€ and 34,90€ will be charged. This flat rate depends on the respective delivery area and is due for every order without exception. The shipping vouchers or short-term product offers including free shipping are only valid within Germany.Additional customs duties, fees and/or import sales tax may be payable by the customer.Express shipping to other countries costs between 25-35€.
